CARpel Manufacturing Base

Located in Xuyi, Jiangsu, CARpel’s functional film production base represents a Phase I investment of approximately RMB 500 million. The facility spans 112 acres with 80,000 m² of workshop space, comprising a storage center, automotive film manufacturing center, architectural film center, hot stamping film center, and automated coating preparation and distribution center.

A Phase II expansion covering 77 acres is already in planning and is expected to be operational by 2027.

Notably, the factory utilizes rooftop photovoltaic power generation, significantly reducing carbon emissions during production while providing a stable and clean energy supply.

Adhering strictly to a “Lean, Flexible, and Agile” manufacturing philosophy, the factory employs a smart central control system for full-process digital management, building an intelligent production base.

Innovative Technology, Intelligent Manufacturing

CARpel utilizes advanced processes including precision coating technology and multi-layer triple-silver magnetron sputtering to establish a self-developed technical platform covering the entire production chain.

Our self-designed online coating equipment enables deep coordination among material formulations, process parameters, and production machinery. Through technological integration, CARpel continuously pushes performance boundaries and redefines standards in functional film manufacturing.

High-Precision Equipment, Digital Intelligence

CARpel’s automated production workshops are equipped with 21 internationally advanced high-speed CNC coating lines, 6 vacuum coating lines, and specialized slitting and rewinding equipment—all enhanced with AI-driven intelligence.

The factory integrates fully automatic material preparation systems and smart defect detection systems. From substrate pre-treatment to finished product rolling, each layer undergoes strict inspection, establishing a robust quality assurance mechanism that delivers exceptional products.
